Sole to Soul Wellness intention is to provide a relaxed setting to support wellness. Offering a variety of traditional techniques to energy based healings. The goal is to support the client in their quest for balance and wellness body, mind and spirit.
 
Sole to Soul Wellness is the result of the healing journey of its founder Karen Matheson. Karen brings over 25 years of knowledge and training to the assist others in their journey.
 
The manifestation of physical illness is the body’ way of getting our attention to activate change physically, emotionally, mentally or spirituality. No longer looking at symptoms but rather cause.

Understanding that emotions and peoples past experiences affect their bodies and health. By providing methods of identifying, clearing and balancing the issues the body is then able to heal.
